The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and personnel necessary to complete the Renovate Building 9A for EHRM Administration construction project in full accordance with the specifications, drawings, and all solicitation documents. Contractor responsibilities include completing all work within the VAAR Magnitude of Construction range of $2,000,000 to $5,000,000, following NAICS Code 236220 and PSC Code Y1DZ, filling in the Unique Identifier in Block 14 of SF 1442, attending any Post Award Conference, and disregarding any specification references to warranties beyond the one-year period covered under FAR 52.246-21.
