Renovation of an educational facility in Auburndale, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The following specifications and request for proposal is for the turn key purchase and installation of lights for two (2) bathrooms, and (23) classrooms/storage rooms/offices/hallways. Existing lights will be removed by electrical contractor who is awarded the project. The ceiling tiles and some grid work will be removed during an asbestos abatement project. The existing lights will either be hanging on old grid work or be hung from the ceiling by wires. Installation and purchase of new lights, dimmer switches, and occupancy sensors are included in the project.
