Description The project scope of work will consist of, but is not limited to, the following: Approximately 6,750 square feet of covered canopy at the Ware County High School front entrance. The canopy structure will consist of aluminum framing including roofing. Columns will be encased in brick to match the existing school. Additional work will include associated electrical lighting and power, concrete paving, underground drainage and renovations to the interior finishes and lighting of the existing Entry Lobby. The Memorial Stadium Recognition Wall will consist of a 10 foot long by 10 foot high brick veneer wall located in a 200 SF landscaped paved plaza adjacent to the stadium front entrance. All bidders must be insured and prepared to obtain sufficient bonding. Selected bidder will be required to supply notarized copies of appropriate insurance, including but not limited to Workman's Compensation, Liability, and be able to secure bonding sufficient to cover the total cost of the project. The Ware County Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive all formalities and technicalities. All bidders must be insured and prepared to obtain sufficient bonding.
