The basis of design for each building is the existing Student Housing Building #21, designed in 2014 by AC Martin. Each building will be approximately 31,000 gross square foot (gsf)/21,000 assigned square feet (asf) with 99 beds. Building #22 will have 6,300 gsf of student community space at the podium level, including study rooms and a large multi-purpose room. The Building #23 6,300 gsf podium level space will house administrative offices for Student Housing Facilities Operations and Mail Services. Residential floors of each building will include dual occupancy student rooms, with 4 students sharing each bathroom, and one suite style living room per floor. Each floor will have 16 units and one Resident Advisor. Each building will have its own central elevator, building services, and secure access. The project will also include site work and landscaping to develop the courtyard connection to the existing Student Housing Offices and food service complex, Geronimos & Bamboo Terrace, and will include new walkways, courtyard, landscaping, shade structures, and outdoor amenities.
