bids for the supply of all labor, material, and equipment necessary to strip, flash and re-shingle the High School Culinary room, Middle School CafA(C) & Academic Wing & Grounds building roof replacement. Strip, re-flash, and re-shingle the entire High School Culinary room, Middle School Cafe & Academic Wing &Grounds building as shown in the attached photo with W. R. Grace Ice and Water Shield, 30 pound felt and Certain Teed Landmark TL Shingles (architectural) with at least a 120-mph wind rating as well as a manufacturer's lifetime warranty and must be 300 lbs. per square. Contractor is responsible for proper venting of the roof system. The work must begin after June 26, 2022 and must be completed before July 30, 2022.
