As of April 18, 2022, project was awarded to JCR Development LLC, awarded amount is $850,958.50. The Work to be performed under this project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment required to construct the facilities and features called for by the Contract Documents and as shown on the Construction Drawings. The project consists of upgrading the existing Duck Pond located just East of the White Pine County Library on the corner of Clark Street and 10th Street in Ely, Nevada. Final constructed improvements may include parking, concrete flatwork, kiosk, pond viewing shelters, bridge, pond liner, pond wetland filtration system, pump house, waterfall feature, duck refuge islands, fencing, benches, picnic tables, and landscape improvements. This project is funded by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) through the sale of public lands as authorized by the Southern Nevada Public Land Management Act (SNPLMA) Any notices regarding changes / Addenda to the Contract Documents will be sent to the email addresses associated with the Bidders registration. Bidders are responsible to maintain accurate contact information and check-in with ENGINEER to receive updates or additional information. Bid Security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Pursuant NRS 338.147 or NRS 338.1389, as applicable, a Bidder seeking to qualify to receive a preference in bidding must submit a Nevada State Contractors Board Certificate of Eligibility evidencing the preferential status.
