White Pine County, Nevada (referred to herein as "Sponsor''), as owners of the Ely Airport/Yelland Field near the town of Ely is requesting statements of qualifications and experience from consulting firms ("Proposers") qualified and experienced in the field of airport engineering services. The Sponsor plans to award a five-year contract for airport engineering services subject to review on an annual basis for any and all engineering projects subject to federal assistance under the Airport and Airway Improvement Act of 1982 as amended, or other sources of funding. A. Contemplated projects under this contract may include any of the following: Rehabilitate Runways, Taxiways, Aprons Reconstruct Terminal Area Apron Upgrade Airfield Lighting System Components Construct Perimeter Fence Construct Hangar(s) Acquire Snow Removal Equipment Environmental Assessment Documentation The above-contemplated projects are dependent upon federal funding and approval of the Sponsor, so it shall be understood that some of the services related to the above- listed projects may be deleted and that the Sponsor reserves the right to initiate additional services not included in the initial procurement. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
