Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Ely, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Work to be performed under this project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment required to construct the facilities and features called for by the Contract Documents and as shown on the Construction Drawings. The project consists of upgrading the existing Jack Caylor Park located just southwest of the Nevada Northern Railway Museum on 10th Street between Avenue A and Avenue B. Final constructed improvements may include parking, restroom building, pavilion, horseshoe pits, concrete flatwork, landscape, and irrigation improvements. This project is funded by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) through the sale of public lands as authorized by the Southern Nevada Public Land Management Act (SNPLMA) Bid Security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
