The U.S Forest Services (USDA) intends to extend the service life of existing pavements at the Ely Ranger District Office in Ely, Nevada 89301. This project includes sealing cracks in parking lots in the quantities indicated, micro surfacing the front lot, and pavement markings as indicated in the Schedule of Items. Option items include micro sealing and pavement markers for the back parking lot. See solicitation documents/attachments for complete infomaiton. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government intends to award one task order to the overall lowest bid. The contractor shall quote all line items. The government reserves the right to award each line item individually if that represents the best value to the government. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, expertise, and other incidentals necessary, except as otherwise provided, to successfully complete, per their respective contracts.
