Renovation of a water / sewer project in Winchendon, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Seeking to price repair and replacement of SCADA system at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. Upgrades to the Winchendon, MA wastewater treatment facility SLC-500 PLC and SCADA systems consisting of three major tasks: Ethernet switch replacement, SCADA upgrade, and PLC replacement. The Ethernet hubs in the PLC-1, PLC-2, PLC-3 control panels have failed overtime and been replaced with office grade network switches, likely to get up and running quickly during an outage. These switches are not mounted securely to the DIN rail, nor are they industrial grade. The contractor will replace the existing fiber media converters and switches in all panels with new, DIN rail mounted, industrial NTRON Ethernet switches with sufficient copper and fiber optic ports. 1.
