Renovation of a residential development in Lisbon, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Pre-construction meeting will be held within thirty (30) days of bid award. Work shall commence within fourteen (14) days following the notice to proceed (signed during the preconstruction meeting) and shall be completed within 90 days. Payments made to the Contractor will be made when 50% and 100% ofthe contract value ofthe work is completed. Retainage will be withheld from the progress payment in the amount of 10% until work is completed. Payments will be made by the City ofLisbon.
