Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Poughkeepsie, New York. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Lincoln Soccer field will be excavated due to related improvements on combined sewer lines. All costs TBD. The excavation for storm sewer separation was done in 2009 as part of Pine St. Storm Sewer Separation project. In 1999 the City solicited bids for the purpose of re-grading the soccer fields at Lincoln Park. Subdrainage and water distribution items were bid as alternates. The proposed project would install 1% pitched crown and allow runoff to drain to the proposed and existing structures. The estimated bid in 2022 would be approximately $350k with $75k in contingency. This project is in included in the City of Poughkeepsie FY 2022-2026 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of February 2, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
