The City desires to obtain a 'Qualified Landscape Contractor' to submit a responsive bid for the preparation and installation of a landscape enhancement project at the State Route 34 at Interstate 85 Interchange within the City of Newnan. The cloverleaf interchange is divided into four (4) quadrants. The enhancement project described here in this RFP will cover the Northwest quadrant, which is the main gateway into the City from the north and the Southwest quadrant, which exits the City to the south. At least one of the aforementioned quadrants will make up this landscape enhancement project. The other two or three quadrants that were not specified may be a future phase yet to be planned or funded. The overall goal of the project is to attempt to reforest the overall interstate interchange with native trees and shrubs and reduce and enhance the expansive areas of infrequently maintained grass. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
