Project No. 20194617E1 Question Cutoff Date: 2/24/2022 01:00 PM (ET) The Site of the Work is located north of Blue Diamond Road between Cote Road and Fortney Road. The Work consists of construction of two 5 MG buried concrete reservoirs. Also included are appurtenant piping, a disinfection and control building, CMU concrete wall, tubular steel security fence and other ancillary work complete and operative as required by the Contract Documents. Addendum #1-#3 have been issued as of 2-25-2022. Note from Sletten Construction: When submitting your bid, please complete and return the 00 43 51 Project Workforce Checklist - Subcontractor form.
