Kingside and Pinecrest Park Redevelopment Construction. The City of Oshawa is looking to procure construction services for the redevelopment of two (2) parks: Kingside Park located at 537 Tennyson Ave and Pinecrest Park located at 1350 Beatrice St E in the City of Oshawa. Scope of services within this project include mobilization, site layout and grading, excavation works, site servicing, concrete and asphalt paving, playground and splashpad installation, safety surfacing installation, site furnishings, utility connections including electrical and water services, pickleball court installation, planting and sodding works. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications, appendices, and attachments of this Request for Tender (R.F.T.). The Provisional Schedule of Prices is optional work the City may or may not award. The City will be awarding this bid in whole to the lowest compliant bidder. The project sites are located at 537 Tennyson Ave, Oshawa and 1350 Beatrice St, Oshawa. Work must be continuous from the project start date until project completion. The successful Contractor will be required to submit a detailed project schedule upon award of this Contract as well as interim schedules as required by the project manager and/or Contract administrator. The park construction for both Kingside and Pinecrest Park is to be substantially complete by December 31, 2022.
