Line Item 0001, Base Bid: Contractor shall provide for and furnish all labor, superintendence, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, certificates, insurance, temporary protection, and other items designated under the provisions of this solicitation for the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades. Work involves upgrades to the facilities electric and IT infrastructure to allow for the new Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) system. The scope of this project includes but not limited to the following infrastructure improvements: electrical upgrades, bonding, UPS, Building Management System interfaces, upgrades to the existing HVAC, reconfiguration, expansion and renovation of existing closet spaces, upgrades to the communication infrastructure (new data outlets, patch panels and upgrade to Cat 6A cabling) in buildings, physical security upgrades and upgrades to the fiber infrastructure backbone campus wide. All work shall be completed in accordance with the attached specifications and drawings. The contractor shall complete the entire project no later than 365 calendar days after the contractor receives the NOTICE TO PROCEED. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
