16 Tech Community Corporation is building a new bridge from 10th Street to the 16 Tech property, over Fall Creek. This bridge will be approximately 342' long, and will contain 3 spans. This bridge will have two lanes of vehicular traffic, a bike lane, and a pedestrian sidewalk on each side. Additionally, new sections of roadway are being developed within the 16 Tech development. This roadway relocation will also include all associated drainage, waterline, sewer line, and utilities. Bidders are responsible to obtain the Contract Documents. Addenda will be e-mailed to Bidders who obtained Contract Documents. Bids will be received on a Lump Sum, Subcontract Bid basis for the Work. Inquiries concerning the bid documents shall be directed to the Construction Manager. Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the bidding documents may e-mail a written request to the Construction Manager's office until Friday, February 11th at 4 PM EST. Kokosing Construction Company reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities.
