Demolition and site work for a residential development in Linwood, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Sealed bids will be received through portal by Lower Chichester Township for 2 West Ridge Road & 32 West Ridge Road Demolition Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. The project includes the demolition of two existing dwellings and the establishment of lawn area. The existing dwelling at 32 West Ridge Road is a twin unit and the occupied dwelling is to remain. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids
