Online sealed bids will be received for the SDCA Beech Street Pump Station Upgrades. The successful bidder must pay a PennBid Program fee based on the contract award value, ranging from a minimum of $150.00 to a maximum of $6,000.00. A bid bond of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, payable to the Southern Delaware County Authority, must accompany each bid. Bidders must comply with all requirements in the bid package, including PA Prevailing Wage Rates, Public Works Employment Verification, insurance requirements, equal opportunity and nondiscrimination/sexual harassment provisions, Special Provisions for Commonwealth Contracts, and any other requirements by the PA Commonwealth Financing Authority. Additionally, payment and performance bonds for 100% of the contract price and a one-year maintenance bond for 10% of the contract price are required.
