Renovation of a mixed-use development in Warrensburg, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Contractors are invited to submit an offer for the Warrensburg-Latham HLS Summer 2022 Project. The project consists of the replacement of select doors, frames, and hardware within the Middle and tlementary School and associated work. Work wilt be coordinated with that of an asbestos abatement project under a separate contract. Work covered by contract documents includes the replacement of select doors, frames, and hardware at both the W-L Middle School and Elementary School. Work also includes infilling of a basement door opening and adjacent basement exterior stairway. A Bid Bond and Performance and Payment Bond will be required,The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers, or to waive any informalities in the bidding. The successful bidder must agree to conform to the current rules and regulations of the Fair Employment Practices Commission Attention is called to the provisions of Equal Employment Opportunity. Contractor shalf not pay less than the prevailing rates of wages as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to all laborers, workers and mechanics performing work under this contract, and shall comply with the requirements of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12).
