Renovation of an educational facility in Warrensburg, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project consists of the replacement of select flooring, ceilings, and lighting within Warrensburg-Latham Middle School. The work will be in (2) phases, (1) phase during summer break of 2024, and (1) phase during summer break of 2025. Work will be coordinated with that of an asbestos abatement project under a separate contract. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers, or to waive any informalities in the bidding. The successful bidder must agree to conform to the current rules and regulations of the Fair Employment Practices Commission. Attention is called to the provisions of Equal Employment Opportunity. Contractor shall not pay less than the prevailing rates of wages as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to all laborers, workers and mechanics performing work under this contract, and shall comply with the requirements of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). A single stipulated sum bid will be received for all Work.
