Reference Number PW-$MCT-047-6144 Source ID PWGSC Trade Agreement: CFTA / FTAs with Peru / Colombia / Panama / Korea Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Inspection and Maintenance of Heating Plant and Equipment - Moncton and Sussex, NB The work under this Service Contract covers the furnishing of all labour, material, tools and equipment required to provide the following, on the equipment noted in Annex D, at Moncton and Sussex Armouries as specified: - Weekly Heating Plant operational inspection at Moncton and Sussex Armouries - Heating season system start-up at Moncton and Sussex Armouries; -End of heating season system shut down at Moncton and Sussex Armouries; - Repair service, when requested, at Moncton and Sussex Armouries; This Service Contract will extend from 01 April 2022 to March 2023 with two, one year option periods. All inquiries of a technical nature and all questions of a contractual nature are to be submitted in writing to the Contractual Authority: Maryse Cyr, telephone - (506) 377-4894, email - maryse.cyr@pwgsc.gc.ca. Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
