York Region District School Board is seeking Proposals for Irrigation System Services. The objective of this proposal is to establish a partnership with a Contractor or Contractors for Irrigation System Services on an as-required basis. This partnership will allow the Board to ensure that we are purchasing quality service at a competitive price, while improving management reporting and reducing material and administrative costs. The Board spends approximately $40,000 per year for this service. This is an estimate only and should not be construed as a guarantee; rather it is shown to provide an indication of the potential of this Contract. There are approximately 200 locations in the York Region District School Board. Currently, irrigation systems are located at 26 YRDSB sites. ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS ONLY, shall be received by the Bidding System, no later than the closing date and time.
