Site work and renovation of a civil project in La Fontaine, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Division "A" - Collection System Improvements The project includes but is not limited to the rehabilitation of the Town of La Fontaine s sanitary sewer system. The work includes ' cured-in-place pipe lining of the sanitary sewer system and rehabilitation of the sanitary sewer system s' manholes and all other work required for the complete rehabilitated sanitary sewer system. Questions pertaining to this project shall be submitted directly to Robert M. Bellucci, P.E. at Commonwealth Engineers, Inc. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any bid, or all bids, or to accept any bid or bids, or to make such combination of bids as may seem desirable, and to waive any and all informalities in bidding. Division "B" - Lift Station Improvements This project includes but is not limited to furnishing all labor, material, and equipment necessary to upgrade the collection system pump stations, including installing new pumps at Lift Station Number 2, replacing the pumps at Lift Station Number 3, and connecting Lift Station Number 3 to Wastewater Treatment Plant Power. The work includes bypass pumping and piping as necessary, control work, electrical work, restoration of all surfaces and pavements disturbed, and all other work required for the complete an operating system.
