Site work for a mixed-use development in Milton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
Mobilization to Site, provisions and installation of temporary facilities (including police details as needed); provision and installation of temporary sediment, erosion controls and temporary water controls; demolition/removal of the Pine Tree Brook Dam (including lawful off-site disposal of all debris) and restoration of the stream channel; and site restoration and demobilization from the Site. All work shall be done in conformance with permit conditions and special care shall be taken to minimize impacts to the Brook and all wetland areas. The meeting will begin in the Rink parking lot and then proceed by foot to the Site. MassDot prequalification: Dam Construction. Contractor Qualification Highway Division The work is to be accomplished within 30 calendar days of a notice to proceed PAYMENT BOND 50% PERFORMANCE BOND not required
