Bathroom Renovations at the Massachusetts State Police Milton Barracks 685 Hillside Street Milton, MA 02186 This project is scheduled for 150 calendar days to substantial completion and in general includes: The project scope includes renovation of first floor toilet room with new plumbing fixtures, radiation, piping, lighting, receptacles, fire alarm devices and related architectural work as indicated on the drawings. Converting of second floor storage room to a women's toilet room and shower room with new plumbing fixtures, radiation, piping, exhaust fan, lighting, receptacles, fire alarm devices and related architectural work as indicated on the drawings Each general bid proposal must be secured by an accompanying deposit of 5% of the total bid amount, including all alternates, in the form of a bid bond, a certified, treasurer's, or cashier's check issued by a responsible bank or trust company made payable to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts The project scope includes renovation of first floor toilet room with new plumbing fixtures, radiation, piping, lighting, receptacles, fire alarm devices and related architectural work as indicated on the drawings. Converting of second floor storage room to a women's toilet room and shower room with new plumbing fixtures, radiation, piping, exhaust fan, lighting, receptacles, fire alarm devices and related architectural work as indicated on the drawings. A Pre-Bid site visit will be held at site located at 685 Hillside Street Milton, MA 02186 on October 19, 2022 at 10:00AM. The Minority Business Enterprise participation goal for this Contract is _7.4%. The Women Business Enterprise participation goal for this Contract is _4.0%.
