Scope 1 - Shadow Rock: S Ballfields & Safety Surfacing Replacement Scope 2 - Lone Mountain Discovery Park: Playground & Safety Surfacing Replacement Scope 3 - Sunset Park: Area "F" Playground & Safety Surfacing Replacement PWP NUMBER: CL-2022-221 ESTIMATED COST: $1,115,300.00 - $1,174,000.00. The "Project" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled Scope #1 - Shadow Rock Park: S. Ballfields Playgrounds & Safety Surfacing Replacement and is located at 2650 N. Los Feliz Street, Las Vegas, Nevada 89156. The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 1 through 48 of the Project Manual. The Work consists of the construction of two (2) play areas of approximately 4800 sf. Work scope includes removing existing play structures, safety surfacing, fencing, and curbing at the two (2) playgrounds; and installing a new 2-5-year-old playground and a new 5-12-year-old playground equipment. In addition, install a new 12" mow curb along with a new 3' tube steel fencing, new safety surface tile system with new compacted subgrade, base aggregate, concrete base with keyway and cushion/wear course (tiles). Repairs are to be made to impacted site and landscape areas, and improvements to the path of travel with playground areas. Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in the Division One General Requirements and the following using materials noted on the Drawings and Specifications: Selective Demolition, Cast-InPlace-Concrete, Metal Fabrication and coating. Installation of playground equipment, Site Furnishings, Rubber Tile Resilient Surfacing, Landscape Irrigation, and sodding. Contractor to provide construction fencing and barriers to safeguard construction materials and prohibit the use of the existing area where construction is taking place during construction. All patch / replaced finish materials are to match existing adjacent materials in both style and classification. Contractor shall use nondestructive vacuum excavation methods for all required site excavation on this project. Work hours: The General Contractor will perform construction activities during the following times: Sunday through Saturday starting from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. All dates and times will be outlined in the project schedule as required per Section 01 32 16. The Contractor will notify the Owner's Representative when changes to the submitted working days/hours are deemed necessary.
