Site work for a civil project in Tacoma, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The contract work consists of repairs to the passenger carrying deck barge McNeil Island Number 2: crop and renew approximately 75% of main deck to include areas of wastage in excess of 25% of original plate thickness; remove and replace to original location any deck equipment or fixtures as required to complete work; prepare and coat all new work with paint specifications; and other related maintenance work. All of the work must be performed within the Puget Sound Region, by June 30, 2022. Counties - Island, Jefferson, King, Kitsap, Pierce, San Juan, Snohomish, Whatcom Contact Executed and Services Begin March 4, 2022 DOC reserves the right to cancel or reissue this RFP, in whole or in part, at any time without obligation or liability. If DOC determines that one or more Bidders did not comply with the requirements of a particular stage of the procurement, DOC reserves the right to cancel that stage and/or all affected stages, and require all Bidders to re-perform the stage or affected stages.
