Renovation of a municipal facility in Lowell, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Arch Street Roof Replacement Project. DCAMM certification is required. This project includes the removing of the existing gravel surfaced built-up-roof system and associated components down to the existing concrete roof deck and the installation of a new elastomeric membrane, coverboard, tapered insulation, and air and vapor retarder. Internal roof drain bowl assemblies are to be removed and replaced and abandoned curbs are to be removed and the opening in the concrete infilled A certified check made payable to the City of Lowell in the amount of 5% must accompany this bid. Bid bonds are acceptable. A payment bond in the amount of 100% of the total dollar award is required prior to contract execution. A performance bond in the amount of 100% of the total dollar award is required prior to contract execution fully complete the project within 60 consecutive calendar days thereafter Schedule: March 1, 2022 - November 25, 2022
