Plumbing & Heating, Inc 34,500 Electrical M-V Electrical Contractors, Inc 38,600 The Successful Bidder shall comply with the Minority and Women (MBE/WBE) Workforce Participation goal of 13.0% for this contract. The Work includes the following major items: a. Removal and disposal of existing boilers including all control devised, wiring, breeching and gas train. b. Removal and disposal of existing duplex condensate pump and boiler pumps. c. Removal and disposal of existing heat exchanger including all insulation and support stand. d. Removal and disposal of existing ceiling mounted expansion tank including all associated piping and support. e. Removal and disposal of existing air separator including insulation, supports and piping. f. Removal and disposal of existing ductwork and supports. g. Removal and disposal of existing domestic water heater and associated flue. h. Removal and disposal of existing natural gas piping and components serving existing boilers. i. Removal and disposal of existing emergency power off switch. j. Removal and disposal of miscellaneous debris and solid waste within limit of work. k. Installation of new heating boilers, pumps, piping, and associated controls. l. Installation of new water heater and associated piping.
