Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fall River, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of the removal and replacement of approximately 18,000 linear feet of various size water mains and appurtenances including gate valves, valve boxes, hydrants, services and temporary bypass piping; and for all trench pavements on various City streets. The work also includes milling and overlay, full depth reconstruction, sidewalk and curbing replacement and ADA-compliant ramp replacement. A portion of the water main, gate valves, and hydrants have been pre-purchased by the City. This project is to be funded in part by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).
