The Nantucket Islands Land Bank invites qualified bidders to submit bids for the construction of a walkway and timber pier. The project consists of the construction of an approximately 140-foot long accessible marine pier structure partially over-water, construction of pervious accessible walkways and a bench area on grade, accessibility reconfiguration to an existing parking area, and installation of site furnishings, all within an environmentally regulated area. The work includes: site preparation, erosion and sediment control, cast-in-place concrete, carpentry, metal fabrications, exterior signage, site furnishings, geotextiles, earthwork, and marine timber piles.
