This project is located at the Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital & Trauma Center (ZSFG), Building 5, at 1001 Potrero Avenue, San Francisco, California. This project is permitted under HCAI (Department of Health Care Access and Information), formerly known as OSHPD (Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development). The Work consists entirely of interior renovation and is principally located on the 3rd floor of Building 5. This interior renovation involves building a new Urology Clinic, a new waste holding room & storage closet, and new staff toilet rooms in Wards 3A and 3C. The Work includes but is not limited to the construction of new partition walls, finished ceilings, flooring, lighting, electrical, HVAC and plumbing. CONTRACT DURATION: 490 consecutive calendar days from NTP to substantial completion. ESTIMATE: Approximately $2,859,923 Pre-Bid Meeting Info :In order to attend the pre-bid meeting, ALL attendees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS VACCINATION REQUIREMENT. All attendees must be prepared to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination at the pre-bid meeting. A Well-Fitted Mask is required to be worn at all times. ZSFG is considered a High-Risk Setting. For more information regarding COVID-19 requirements, see San Francisco Health Order C19-07y (updated January 26, 2022) REQUIREMENTS: 1) Class B license required to bid. 2) Pursuant to San Francisco Administrative Code (Administrative Code) Section 6.25 and Chapter 25 of the Environment Code, Clean Construction is required for the performance of all work. 3) Bid discounts may be applied as per Administrative Code Chapter 14B. 4) LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 20% LBE. 5) Good Faith Efforts. In accordance with Administrative Code Chapter 14B requirements, all bidders shall submit documented good faith efforts with their bids, except those who exceed the above stated LBE subcontracting participation requirement by 35%. Bidders must achieve 80 out of 100 points to be deemed responsive. Bidders will receive 15 points for attending the pre-bid conference. Refer to Form 2B.
