Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Anastasia Is, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Construction for 2nd Street Extension and Widening Improvements consisting of improving existing 2nd Street and opening of 2nd Street from 2nd Ave west to the western most dead-end ROWof 2nd Street: Project consists of new street paving of approximately 460 LF with curb and gutter in the unimproved 200 block of 2nd Street. Providing St.Johns Utility Department sanitary sewer from 2nd Ave and, watermain extended from 2nd Ave. Providing stormwater drainage to connect 2nd Street to the 2nd Ave stormwater collector. The scope includes the addition of underground electric conduit. Widening the substandard pavement of the 100 block of 2nd Street west of Beach Blvd. The project consists of widening 420 LF of existing street and adding curb and gutter. The scope includes the addition of underground electric conduit. Any and all technical questions relative to this project shall be directed to the EOR, Gary L. The City of St. Augustine Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals, waive minor formalities, and to award the bid/proposal that best serves the interests of The City of St. Augustine Beach.
