Guardrail Installation at Various Locations including removal of existing guardrail, furnishing and installation of new guardrail including all cleaning and surface restoration. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and insurance to perform all work required for the project known as the New Guardrail Installation at Various Locations Project, in strict accordance with the Contract Documents and all related Drawings and Specifications. The said Documents, Specifications, Drawings and any General Supplementary Conditions are incorporated herein by reference and are made a part of this Agreement. The Work consists of furnishing and installation of new guardrail or cable barrier, remove the existing one, surface restoration and all work incidental thereto, in accordance with the Specifications and detail plans attached hereto in various locations in Town of Weston. Additional drawings showing details in accordance with the Work is to be done may be furnished by addendum from time to time during the bidding period by the Owner or its Architect/Engineer, and shall then become a part of the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, services, materials, equipment, plant, machinery, apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies, and all other things necessary to do all work required for the completion of each item of the Work and as herein specified. The Work to be done and paid for under any item shall not be limited to the exact extent mentioned or described but shall include all incidental work necessary or customarily done for the completion of that item.
