Site work for a water / sewer project in Weston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
FY2024 Water Main Improvements Project Performance Bond as well as labor and materials bond will be required from a successful bidder. The Work consists of furnishing and installation of ductile iron water main, plus associated water services, fire hydrants, valves and surface restoration work and all work incidental thereto, in accordance with the Specifications and conceptual plans attached hereto. Additional drawings showing details in accordance with which the Work is to be done may be furnished by addendum from time to time during the bidding period by the Owner or its Architect/Engineer and shall then become a part of the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, services, materials, equipment, plant, machinery, apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies, and all other things necessary to do all work required for the completion of each item of the Work and as herein specified. The Work to be done and paid for under any item shall not be limited to the exact extent mentioned or described but shall include all incidental work necessary or customarily done for the completion of that item.
