Renovation of a fire / police facility in Lake Forest, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 13,500-square-foot fire / police facility.
The City of Lake Forest will receive sealed bids on a Modified Bitumen Replacement Roof Contract on an occupied Public Safety Building totaling approximately 13,900 square feet. All Bids shall be on a Lump Sum basis; Unit and Time/Material pricing shall be required for repair of latent defects. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. All interested parties are invited to attend. Bidders shall be prequalified for this project and may obtain forms from the Consultant's Office. Only prequalified bidders may receive Documents. Approximate start date: Summer 2022 Size ofProject: 13,500 sq. ft. No documents will be issued after February 2, 2022 at the Pre-Bid meeting. Any non bidder returning Documents in good condition 7 or more days prior to the Bid opening shall receive a partial refund of $50.00. The Contract shall include a prevailing wage provision. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities in the bidding and to reject any or all Bids. As the Owner's Representative, ILLINOIS ROOF CONSULTING ASSOC., INC.
