Site work for a mixed-use development in South Hamilton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field and water / sewer project.
**As of September 20, 2022 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on Next week or two** The scope of work includes the construction of a new pre-cast concrete vault at the intersection of Mudge Avenue and Lee Park in Hamilton, MA to house a new 6-inch backflow preventer, 6-inch compound service meter, 6-inch flanged ductile iron piping and appurtenances. The work also includes the installation of new 6-inch ductile iron pipe, gate valves and fittings to connect the new vault piping to the existing water main, new copper water service, site restoration, and the demolition and removal of an existing 4-foot diameter block meter chamber, water meter, water service and curb box, and associated piping.
