Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Greenwood, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Project consists of the development of Greenwood Sports Park, including earthwork, utilities, prefabricated concrete bridges, parking, trails, 8 baseball/softball fields, multipurpose field, two Concession/Restroom/Pressbox buildings, Maintenance Building, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, lawns and landscaping, general construction, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents for development of the Park. Contractor shall be responsible to coordinate with separate contractors procured directly by Owner, including: 1. Artificial Turf/Backstops - SprinTurf. 2. Sports field Lighting - Qualite. 3. Splashpad - Vortex. 4. Playground - Kompan. 5. Others as may arise at Owner's direction. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 75 days after opening of bids.
