As of 03/10/2022 This project has been awarded to ) K&E Paving dba H&H in the amount of $265,828.50. The City of Silverton is seeking sealed bids to complete an asphalt pavement grind and overlay project on four blocks in the downtown area and 1 block in the northwest part of town. The project will include ADA ramp and drainage improvements. Improvements include grinding existing pavement 3", placement of geotextile on top of remaining surface, and a 3" asphalt overlay. The four blocks to be improved are Jersey Street from Water to 1st, S 1st Street from Jersey to Lewis, Lewis from 1st to 2nd, S 2nd Street from Lewis to N Main, and Pine Street from James to Brown. No Pre-bid Meeting The City may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the City if it is in the public interest to do so.
