As of January 27, 2023, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. Polk County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, hereby gives notice of sealed Request for Construction Quote (RFCQ) for the construction and concrete of existing pole barn for Fleet Management. The County reserves the right to: accept or reject any or all construction quotations; to award the construction quotation in whole or in part; to limit and/or determine the actual services to be included in the construction purchase order. In the event that the County withdraws this construction quotation, or the County does not proceed for any reason, the County shall have no liability to any firm. All construction quotations must be enclosed in an envelope, securely sealed and plainly marked on the outside: 1) Name of Company submitting construction quotation, 2) CQ-22-217, Polk County Concrete on an Existing Pole Barn, Mail all construction quotations to the Polk County Procurement Division, 330 West Church Street, Room 150, Bartow, Florida 33830. Return one (1) original. Questions regarding this construction quotation should be in writing and should reference the above quotation number. Submit all questions to Carlos Baez, Procurement Analyst, via e-mail to carlosbaez@polk-county.net, or via fax at (863) 534- 6789. The question deadline is Friday, February 25, 2022 prior to 4:00 p.m.
