The City of Bartow is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide Carbon Dioxide per specifications on an as needed basis for the City of Bartow's Water Treatment Plant. This Proposal shall be for a period of two (2) years with an option to renew one (1) additional year, if agreed upon by both parties.
