Site work and renovation of a civil project in Peachtree City, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Equipment demolition/clean up 1) Remove damaged valve shaft (for 10-inch BFV) and pipe supports. 2) Removal of loose material from bottom of the riser structure. 3) Demolition of existing water level/valve panel (Turbotrol panel) and associated fixtures/conduits. Repairs 1) Construct new valve shaft and replacement pipe supports (stainless steel). 2) Repair valve shaft operator stand concrete base. 3) Ensure operation of existing BFV and gate valve. 4) Replace existing defunct AUMA Actuator with AUMA quarter-turn electric actuator (SQ.R10.2/AC01.2) with hand wheel operator or equal. 5) Connect power (existing power junction box) and control wiring (existing SCADA panel) to new actuator. 6) Replace 10" gate valve operator wheel. 7) Repair and/or replace riser access ladder (aluminum). 8) Installation of switch operated 200-watt LED marine flood light in riser. Building Work 1) Installation of varmint control for intake building - hardware cloth and/or flashing and/or soffit. 2) Installation of roof ridge vent. 3) Installation of metal exterior siding and flashing (beige). 4) Paint access door (clean, prime, paint with beige exterior acrylic latex). 5) Paint Interior walls (clean, prime, paint with white exterior acrylic latex). 6) Paint existing interior railing (clean and paint with direct to metal DTM acrylic paint). ADDITIONAL WORK Vendor shall coordinate with the representative of selected actuator manufacturer (Limitorque, | AUMA, or equal) and ensure manufacturer warranty is provided to FCWS. Vendor shall use JK Duren for integration of the new valve actuator into the SCADA system. The actuator shall be controlled by the Horner PLC in the existing control panel. The work shall include all necessary programming for the Horner PLC controllers at the Lake Kedron intake structure and the Crosstown WTP, and modification of the Wonderware HMI screens at the Crosstown Water Treatment Plant and the South Fayette Water Treatment Plant. SCADA control shall include valve open position (0 to 90 degrees) and/or percent valve open (0 to 100%), and status confirmation of valve position.
