Project no- 21053, 21644 Project Location: 3289 Cooley Mesa Road, Gypsum Colorado 81637 Eagle County is soliciting GMP Proposals for construction services for the slab alterations in Building D known as the Eagle County Maintenance Service Center (the "Project") located at 3289 Cooley Mesa Road, Gypsum Colorado 81637. Construction services to be provided include, but are not limited to, remove and replace large portion of existing concrete floor slab to improve drainage flow and add trench drains, install rigid insulation under slab and install hydronic radiant tubing in the slab for possible future in floor heat as per the Construction Drawings. GMP Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Proposal for Eagle County Maintenance Service Center Building D" on the outside of the envelope/package. The outside of the envelope must also contain the name and address of the Proposer. If submitted by email, the subject line shall contain "Proposal for Eagle County Maintenance Service Center Building D" GMP Proposals must be received on or before 3:00 p.m., MDT on March 1, 2022 in order to be considered. All documents submitted with the GMP Proposal shall be clearly marked with the Proposer's name. No GMP Proposals will be considered which are received after the date and time set forth above and any Proposals received after such date and time shall be returned to the Proposer and will not be considered under any circumstances. Sole responsibility rests with the Proposer to ensure that their Proposal is received on time at the stated location. The Owner of the Project, EAGLE COUNTY (hereinafter referred to as the "Owner") presently anticipates reviewing the GMP Proposals from March 2, 2022 to March 9, 2022 and issuing a Notice of Award to the Successful Proposer by approximately March 14, 2022. The Successful Proposer will be required to enter into an agreement with the Owner and to furnish certification of specific insurance requirements and performance bonds required for contracts with Owner prior to the commencement of any services. Owner reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept or reject any and all Proposals, to waive any informality or technicality in any Proposal, to negotiate contract terms with a
Proposer, to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive or conditional Proposals and to postpone the award of the Project Agreement for a period not exceeding ninety (90) days after

The undersigned further proposes that should the Proposal be accepted, the Proposer will commence Work no earlier than May 16, 2022 and complete the Project on or before September 1, 2022.
