2022-2023 Twenty-five (25) Site Basic Preventative Maintenance Program All questions and correspondence related to this RFP must be submitted in writing ONLY by 12:00 pm on February 11, 2022 at the email address given above. All answers to corresponding questions and concerns will be sent directly to those submitting the question A certified check for 10% of the total amount of the bid payable to the Treasurer of the Cleveland Metropolitan School District, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and a Surety company shall be submitted with each bid on a form supplied by the bondsman. The Surety Company must be licensed to do business in the State of Ohio and acceptable to the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance bond amounting to 100% of the contract amount. No proposal may be withdrawn for at least ninety (90) days after the deadline for submittal. The Cleveland Metropolitan School District reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals, to waive any and all informalities or irregularities, and to disregard all non-conforming responsive conditional Proposals. The Cleveland Metropolitan School District does not discriminate in educational programs, activities or employment on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, religion or disability. The new Uniform Grant Guidance, 2 CFR200 (UGG) went into effect for Cleveland Metropolitan School District (CMSD) on July 1, 2018 and will apply to awards or funding increments issued on or after this date. Purchases funded by federal grant funds must adhere to regulations found in Uniform Guidance "Super Circular", 2 CFR 200 (UGG), as a condition of receiving funds and to meet annual audit compliance. In an effort to keep policy for all grants consistent, the CMSD has implemented the new federal guidelines regarding procurement utilized with federal grants.
