THE FACILITY WILL CONSIST OF TWELVE TWO BEDROOM APARTMENTS CONVERTED FROM 24 EXISTING ONE BEDROOM APARTMENTS AND RENOVATED ADMINISTRATIVE SPACE. Interior demolition of indicated apartments and construction of new apartments in the existing 2-story addition. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing modifications are required and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
