Teton County/Jackson Parks and Recreation Department is requesting proposals and qualification information from any experienced Climbing Wall Design-Build contractor interested in providing climbing wall design-build contracting services for the Teton County/ Jackson Recreation Center Expansion Climbing Walla Scope of services will consist of providing design and construction/in-stallation services for the new climbing gym, including tall and bouldering wall types, and providing recommendations and consultation for owner purchased climbing equipment. The complete design and "Hard Cost" or construction budget for the Climbing Walls is approximately $700,000 and includes climbing wall design, construction, general conditions, all floor and safety padding/matts, and contractors overhead & profit. Any additional "Soft Costs," including building shell design & engineering, permitting, FF&E, technology, contingency, 3 rd party consultant service, etc.) will be in addition to the Hard Cost and maintained by the Owner. The Owner has budgeted $150,000 for climbing equipment, including handholds with fastening hardware for 45 lines at tall walls, bouldering holds with fastening hardware, climbing rope, quickdraws, belay systems, harnesses, shoes, and helmets PN - 15063
