Renewal options: None The primary goal of this call for tenders for the qualification of service providers is to create a directory of engineering firms to assist the CSSDM in its mission to maintain, rehabilitate and restore its buildings located on the island of Montreal. The selected engineering firms will provide the professional services necessary for the repair, rehabilitation and construction of the facilities. This directory of engineering firms complements the directories of architectural consultants and other external professionals and consultants with whom the CSSDM does business. If necessary, the CSSDM may also call upon the engineering firms selected under this call for tenders for mandates related or complementary to other disciplines. For ease of reading, the singular will be used: "the engineering firm". Given the current situation, bidders wishing to submit a bid in paper format are requested to report to the CSSDM administrative center on the opening day.
