Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Newport, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Contractor will furnish labor and equipment to accomplish the following: Obtain all permits necessary and construct a one-story block CMU 16ft-8in X 34ft Substation Control building, site preparation (grubbing site of all organics, grading and compaction for building foundation), building foundation, remove and haul away organics, trench and install 2" conduit. Project to be completed no later than June 16, 2022. This project is located in Toledo, Oregon. Contractors that would like to be on the bidders list must be pre-approved prior to bidding on this project. To get on the bidders list or for more information on this project contact Jennifer Watkins at 541-574-2063. No bid documents, or specifications, will be submitted to any plan centers. In order for a bid to be accepted and considered for award of a contract, the submitted bids must comply with Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) regulating contract work for people's utility districts. Each bid must contain a statement as to whether the bidder is a resident bidder, as defined in ORS 279A.120. The District may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of the District if it is in the public interest to do so.
