The City of Huntington Beach is seeking qualified firms /contractors to provide all equipment, labor and supplies to perform graffiti abatement services per RFQ.The City of Huntington Beach (City) is soliciting a Request for Quote from qualified firms / contractors to provide all equipment, labor and supplies to perform graffiti abatement services. The City desires quotes / bids from qualified firms with experience and qualifications in graffiti abatement / removal services. Online Q and A Yes Q and A Deadline 02/14/2022 4:00 PM (PST) Deadline for Written Questions February 14, 2022 It is the intent of the City to solicit RFQ's and award a three (3) year, plus two (2) optional two (2) year extensions contract to the selected firm. Time is of the essence of this Agreement. The services of Contractor are to commence as soon as practicable after the execution of this Agreement by City (the "Commencement Date") and terminate June 30, 2025 Tentative Award March 15, 2022 Inquiries/Questions regarding this RFQ must be directed to Q and A tab via Planetbids no later then February 14, 2022 by 4:00 p.m. for response. The City reserves the right to reject any quote for violation of this provision. No questions other than written will be accepted, and no response other than written will be binding upon the City The City, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotes received as a result of this RFQ, to negotiate with any or several qualified sources, or to cancel this RFQ in part or in its entirety. All quotes will become the property of the City of Huntington Beach. If any proprietary information is contained in the quote, it should be clearly identified.The City reserves the right to reject any quote for noncompliance with contract requirements and provisions, or to not award a contract because of unforeseen circumstances or if it is determined to be in the best interest of the City.
